Giselle Manzano Ramírez is a Colombian interdisciplinary artist and cultural worker based in the Hudson Valley. As Founder and Executive Director of KRATER, she has supported 30+ queer, BIPOC, women-identifying, and Latinx/é designers and artists from 10+ countries through free platforms during New York Fashion Week. She is also Director of Communications & Community Engagement at Hudson Valley LGBTQ+ Community Center, where she is the first Latina immigrant in director-level leadership.

Her artistic practice explores transgenerational healing through experimental textiles and wearable sculpture. She teaches sustainable textile design on Domestika, where thousands of students worldwide learn experimental techniques. Her work has been featured in Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, and PAPER Magazine. In 2022, she was awarded support through Creatives Rebuild New York, a historic program that enabled her to launch KRATER.

Bryan Kasenic is Executive Director of Beyond Booking and head curator of The Bunker New York, whose events and record labels have nurtured and amplified American experimental electronic music and techno for over 20 years. He has brought together hundreds of artists from around the world to share work at the forefront of electronic music, contributing to the rewarding careers of dozens of artists.

As KRATER's Co-Founder and Board Chair, Bryan brings his expertise in cultural production, artist development, and community building to guide the organization's strategic vision and growth. His experience creating sustainable platforms for experimental artists informs KRATER's approach to supporting underrepresented designers and multidisciplinary creators.

Lina Rincón is a brand strategist with a multicultural background specializing in transforming businesses through brand clarity and authentic identity. She has collaborated with advertising agencies, branding studios, and entrepreneurs in New York and Colombia, guiding brands to establish deeper connections with their audiences through captivating narratives and strategic positioning. She is currently Brand Strategist at FOLK STUDIO.

As KRATER's Co-Founder and Board Secretary, Lina conceived the organization's name, drawing from the ancient Greek vessel to capture the platform's role as a container for creative transformation. She serves as our liaison in Bogotá, Colombia, connecting the platform with Colombian designers and building cultural exchange networks across Latin America.
